Mainly used on drawing machines ,suitable for straighteing of big diameter wires, and for bolts and pipes manufacturing.

1.Single and dual plane straightener models JZQ 4-20/5 AV

2.material K12, hardened 61/63 HRC

3.Eccentric roller open/closing device (lever)

4.From 5 ~ 9rollers per group (9) or (9+9)

5.Roller diameters 30mm (1.181")   

6.All rollers placed on two rows on a single fixing plane, equiped quick clamping handle

7.Rollers available for light or heavy duty applications

8.Model AS/AD for wire R = 60 N/mm2 (8400 psi) max. with normal rollers (single or double bearing)

9.Rollers are standard "V" groove profiles but can be provided with "U" grooves 9，according to customer requirements

10.All the rollers are adjusted by means of digital position indicators which allow the operator to determine the exact rollers’ positioning and to set it again whenever required.
